Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Wilson Event Rentals website and to quote requests you submit through it. A separate written rental agreement governs the actual rental of equipment, delivery, setup, pickup, and payment for any confirmed booking.
Quote requests
A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Pricing, availability, and item selection are confirmed in writing only after we respond to your request and you sign our rental agreement. Quotes are typically valid for 14 days unless noted otherwise.
Bookings, retainers, and payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and rental items. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Specific amounts, payment methods, and cancellation terms are listed in your rental agreement.
Delivery, setup, and pickup
We coordinate delivery windows in advance and require a safe, accessible site for setup and pickup. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, stairs, long carries, or locations outside our standard service area.
Care of rental items
Rental items remain the property of Wilson Event Rentals. Normal wear is expected. Significant damage, loss, or items returned in an unreasonable condition (for example, excessively soiled linens or broken equipment) will be billed at the replacement or repair cost listed in your rental agreement.
Weather and outdoor events
Outdoor events can be affected by weather. We'll work with you on safe setup decisions and reasonable rescheduling when possible. Tents and equipment must be used as instructed; we may pause or pause setup if conditions are unsafe.
Photography
We occasionally photograph completed setups (before guests arrive) for our portfolio and marketing. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilson Event Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our liability for any rental is limited to the amounts you paid for that rental.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
